There is a total of 65,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and is being filled with a range of restaurants, bars and competitive socialising occupiers to sit alongside the cinema, but in this pedestrianised square in the heart of Ealing. The uppers comprise of around 220 apartments.

The development fronts onto both New Broadway and Bond Street, with connectivity down onto Ealing Common as well.

Ealing is a melting pot of residential, offices, students, retail and leisure. There are ever more residential units going into Ealing plus further offices coming with the arrival of Crossrail just 5 mins walk away from Filmworks.

Timing wise the first operators are already open with the rest following in the coming months. The cinema are due to open in November 2022.
