We helped secure a new lease in the new development “Watermark” in Southampton, which is a flagship site of over 6,000 sq. ft.

Patrick Franzen, Andreas Åkerlund & Marc Francis-Baum started with the first diner back in 2005.

They already owned a small chain of pubs & bars through a company called Barworks Ltd. With their love of American Diners and recognising the growing burger trend, they launched the first site in Shoreditch. It was a huge success, the only problem being it wasn’t big enough and there were constant queues around the block!

They were quickly offered a second site by Shaftesbury estate just off the famous Carnaby St, London’s Soho. This too was a huge success and this success gave great confidence it wasn’t a ‘one-off.’ From that point The Diner brand never looked back.
