Bleecker - Victoria

A small independent burger shop with utter commitment to producing the best possible burgers they can

In 2015, they opened their first permanent spot, a burger kiosk in Old Spitalfields Market.
In 2017, Bruce Gillingham Pollard asisted in the search and acquisition of Bleecker's second location and first 'bricks and mortar' site. This was in the form of a new TFL unit in Victoria Station, providing a 12-seater takeout joint to their portfolio.
The site harnesses on the high quantity of office tenants and residents in the immediate vicinity, as well as the mass of people who commute through the area daily, proving to be a firm favourite in the area.

Zan Kaufman, a corporate lawyer from New York City, moved to London in 2012 and opened Bleecker. Her goal was to bring authentic American burgers to the people of London.

She found the best beef and buns and designed a show-stopping food truck. The burger truck quickly took the city by storm creating a cult like following for punters across London and beyond.
