Island Poké, Grind, Leon and Coco di Mama have just agreed to enhance the growing delicious plethora of F&B operators already in place at Southbank Place.  The redevelopment of the Shell Centre in London is a joint venture by Braeburn Estates, Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar and already includes boutique spinning concept Boom Cycle, artisan sandwich shop Birleys, fast casual concept Farmstand and will also be home to the world’s largest flexible work space, operated by WeWork.

These extra additions will undoubtedly add to the already strong tenant mix, making this area a great draw for tourists and residents alike as well as businesses.   The site will comprise 48,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and bars plus 530,000 square feet of offices and a direct entrance to London Waterloo tube station.  Bruce Gillingham Pollard is proud to have acted on behalf of the landlord of this prestigious development which is due to be complete later this year.
