James Bell joins Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s central London leasing team
Bruce Gillingham Pollard are delighted to confirm that James Bell will be joining the company within the central London team, specialising in Landlord restaurant and leisure leasing. James will be leading and developing some of Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s key London estates, drawing upon his vast experience, network and passion for the West End leisure market.

James has over nine years of experience in the industry, most recently in the CBRE central London team, working with a number of key Landlord clients. These include The Crown Estate across their Regent Street Food & Beverage Portfolio, British Land across their Clarges Mayfair, Paddington Central and Regents Place campuses, Exemplar at Fruit and Wool Exchange, and more recently Yoo Capital at Olympia. James has previously worked for Nash Bond and GVA for the likes of Land Securities, Argent at Kings Cross, Hermes, The Portman Estate and Market Tech.
