Aberdeen Standard Investments, in partnership with Bruce Gillingham Pollard and Mason Owen, have secured five new leases as part of the regeneration of Liverpool’s iconic Albert Dock.

Popular local independent deli and tapas restaurant, Lunya Lita, will be occupying one of the units, alongside London favourite, Rosa’s Thai; marking the brand’s first venture outside of the capital, the new site will feature two floors of seating and an open theatre kitchen.

In addition to the new restaurants, Liverpool-based independent shop, Leather Satchel Co, will become Hanshaw’s Leather Workshop; transforming into a unique experiential offer providing bespoke leather craft workshops.

Also joining the development will be major leisure attraction, Escape Room, “an interactive and intuitive real-life escape game”, and Made in Liverpool TV, who will be relocating their city headquarters to a new office suite on The Colonnades side of the Dock.

The new occupiers will bring a diverse mix of independent and national leisure, retail, restaurant and office tenants to the UNESCO World Heritage waterfront site, helping to transform this already world-class tourist attraction into a year-round destination.
