Clare Smyth is set to open her first restaurant 'Core by Clare Smyth' in Notting Hill this July. Acting on behalf of Clare, Nick Garston at Bruce Gillingham Pollard secured the prime site on Kensington Park Road, working with James Bell at CBRE acting on behalf of the Landlord.

The modern, fine dining restaurant has a strong British ethos, offering a tasting menu focussed on seasonal produce and an extensive wine selection. The British influence extends to the interior and finer details, creating a unique setting which compliments the menu.

Clare Smyth, a protégée of Gordon Ramsay, has spent her career to date working in a selection of well-renowned kitchens, across both England and around the world. Moving up the ranks quickly, in 2007 she was appointed head chef of the 3 Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, then being created chef patron only six years later in 2013. Clare's high standards, limitless innovation and peerless work ethic gives her the unique claim to fame of currently being the only female chef to have retained three Michelin stars in the UK at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. No doubt Clare will be determined to achieve the same success at 'Core by Clare Smyth'.
