Bruce Gillingham Pollard are delighted to announce Jack Barratt and Millie Wilson’s promotions to Directors.

Jack joined Bruce Gillingham Pollard as a graduate in 2012 when the company was in its infancy. Initially working within the leasing team, Jack went on to assist in the creation of the investment department where he has been instrumental in forging its success. Specialising in commercial investment and development across the UK, with a particular focus on the London market, Jack has been involved in numerous high profile deals which most recently include; the purchase of Brixton Market on behalf of Hondo Enterprises and Angelo Gordon. His clients include UK REITs, institutions, property companies, private equity, high net worth individuals and overseas family offices.

Since joining in June 2015, Millie has worked predominantly within the Landlord leasing team. Her in-depth experience spans across retail, restaurant and leisure sectors in London and across the UK. Millie has aided in leasing some of London’s most successful developments ranging from a 10,000 sq ft letting to Samba Management Brands, for their first premium food market offer at Centre Point, to By Chloe’s second London site at One Tower Bridge. Millie also uses her London expertise to bring brands to the regions such as Herman Ze German in Grand Central, Birmingham.

In 2019, Millie will continue to lead on her existing workload as well as working on exciting new London focused projects such as The Outernet, St Giles and 100 Bishopsgate.
