Bruce Gillingham Pollard, the leading niche retail and restaurant agency, has hired Dan Taylor, Will Hume, Peter Wood and Rosie Higgins to create a new Lease Consultancy team to bolster the already highly successful business. In addition to undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gear work on high value retail and leisure assets across the capital, the new team will complement the existing leasing, tenant representation and investment departments to provide greater depth of service.

Dan Taylor will head the team and joins as an Equity Director. Will and Peter join as Directors and Rosie as an Associate Director, all having spent four years at Colliers International and before that niche retail firm Briant Champion Long.

Dan Taylor said: “We are delighted to be joining BGP who are at the forefront of the most exciting leasing and investment work in London.  There was a clear synergy and natural fit with BGP, particularly with regard to clients and exposure to best in class retail and leisure work. We are highly driven and focused on delivering exceptional results for all clients with a strong collaborative approach.”

Tracey Pollard; Managing Director at Bruce Gillingham Pollard said: “We are delighted that Dan, Will, Peter and Rosie have joined the company to form our new Lease Consultancy team. Their vast knowledge and breadth of experience in Central London is already proving beneficial to our existing clients, allowing us to offer a complete rounded service to tenants, landlords and investors.”
