BGP complete on the investment sale of commercial element at One Blackfriars
Bruce Gillingham Pollard acted on behalf of St George on the sale of the commercial element of One Blackfriars which completed in July. The purchaser is a private investor.
One Blackfriars is an iconic mixed used development at Blackfriars Road in Bankside. The commercial element comprises 11,000 sq ft and is arranged over ground and first floor benefitting from both retail and restaurant use. The property was sold with vacant possession and will be marketed by the new owner.
