Our 2nd Restaurant of Christmas is Sabor, since opening in early February it produces exactly as its name implies, ‘flavour’ (in Spanish).

Founded by Nieves Barragan (formerly of Barrafina) and José Etura, the restaurant cleverly takes you on a journey through Spain, which is perfectly accomplished in its 3 distinct areas; the counter and bar on the ground floor and El Asador on the first floor, each offering a different taste and experience of Spanish cuisine and hospitality. As described by renowned food critic Fay Maschler for the Evening Standard, Sabor is ‘a superb Spanish acquisition’ and since has been awarded a coveted star by the Michelin Guide in 2018.

James Bell secured this tenant on behalf of The Crown Estate prior to working at Bruce Gillingham Pollard.
