It was an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a 100% prime Freehold property in central Bath, where the majority of the commercial core ownership is held by just 5 major landlords

New lease to The Ivy on a Full Repairing and Insuring lease with 25 years unexpired and no break option.

The disposal was successfully sold for £8,050,000 which reflected a net initial yield of 4.18%.

The building was formerly Natwest Bank which, alongside Bruce Gillingham Pollard, our client asset managed to provide a newly ftted out flagship Ivy restaurant in this historic and busy trading location.

Working with both the existing tenant and the new lease to The Ivy Bruce Gillingham Pollard were able to achieve maximum value and receipts for our client.
