Soho Farmhouse, Oxfordshire

The latest edition in Nick Jones' empire comes in the form of Soho Farmhouse. Set across 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside with 40 cabins, Soho Farmhouse is no ordinary members club (non-members also welcome too)! We arrived on a sunny Sunday morning and were swiftly transferred onto a 1950s milk float at the Gatehouse. Having recruited a few more guests we were all off to the Main Barn to meet our personal 'farmhand' Tim, who provides any assistance during the course of your stay.
A short introduction and drive later, we were at our beautiful corrugated iron cabin. Foffa bicycles equipped with name tags and wellies were already laid out for us whilst inside we were greeted with a huge bed, pre made log fire, an outside bathtub overlooking a man-made lake and all the Cowshed products you could possibly dream of. There are an abundance of activities and facilities to keep you entertained during your stay at Soho Farmhouse including House Ride (spinning), rowing, crazy golf, swimming in the indoor-outdoor pool, as well as a cinema, pub and Cowshed spa, perfect for a pampering session.
The dining options are also plentiful with various areas to eat in the Main Barn all featuring British menus, the Deli shop and Pen Yen, a pan-Asian restaurant specialising in Japanese dishes. For those with a little less energy, fear not, guests are able to book the 'cocktail float' or a 'breakfast float' which cooks your food to order. All in all, a perfect rustic retreat ( thank you BGP!!) and only a few hours from London, Soho Farmhouse I'll be back!!
