Burnt Ends, owned by chef-restaurateur Andre Chiang, is currently ranked No.14 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016. It is a modern Australian barbeque offering casual dining with seating at a countertop table looking directly into the open kitchen.
One of their most popular dishes is of course their burger -The 'Sanger', which is essentially pulled pork, coleslaw and pickle stuffed between two buns with melted cheese, this I had to have and it was even better then expected!
Burnt Ends is the only barbecue concept on the highly respected Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list and it lives up to its expectations. A barbeque concept is still something of a novelty in Singapore, but even for those of us who have been to more than our fair share of barbeque inspired restaurants, Brunt Ends absolutely tops the list!
