Following our successful involvement in the development of One New Change, Land Securities have reappointed Bruce Gillingham Pollard as joint agents on their entire London portfolio. The Estate and the instruction (covering asset management, development consultancy advice and leasing) involves the award winning 150,000 sq. ft. Cardinal Place.
Further developments include 30,000 sq ft of prime fashion in the Patrick Lynch designed, Zig Zag building that replaces Kingsgate House, 62 Buckingham Gate and the existing shopping parade of 123 Victoria Street. The regeneration culminates in the spectacular Nova development, which will be the jewel in the crown of Victoria and comprises 1 million sq ft, including 90,000 sq ft of new shops and restaurants.
Major lettings brought to the Victoria estate include Hobbs, Marks & Spencer, Space NK, Jamie’s Italian and Waitrose with over 30 new shop and restaurant lettings planned in the next three years. In total the Estate encompasses nearly 500,000 sq. ft. of shops and restaurants in the heart of Victoria.
