Opened in October 2007, The Brunswick was developed by Allied London at the heart of the regeneration of Bloomsbury. The Bruce Gillingham Pollard team were instrumental in developing the leasing strategy and delivering over 75% of the lettings.
The tenant mix has provided a range of quality retail and restaurants to include Waitrose, French Connection, Hobbs, Carluccios and Yo Sushi. In addition the convenience mix including Boots, River Island and Vodafone all come together to deliver a new, fresh high street for the area.
Following the sale of The Brunswick to Lazari Investments Ltd in 2014, Bruce Gillingham Pollard continue to asset manage the centre for Lazari.
