One New Change — London

Bringing mixed use to the heart of the global economy

One New Change which opened in 2011, comprises 250,000 sq. ft. of shops and restaurants at the heart of the City’s retail regeneration. The Bruce Gillingham Pollard team delivered key anchor lettings to Topshop, Next, Banana Republic and Hugo Boss.
We were also responsible for delivering key aspirational brands including Reiss, All Saints, Hobbs, Kurt Geiger, Karen Millen, Phase Eight, Dune and LK Bennett. The scheme created a new restaurant quarter for the City hosting a range of operators from Zizzi, Byron and Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen.
The development was 93% pre-let four months prior to opening and is now 100% let. The team have been retained to asset manage the centre to ensure the enhancement of the tenant mix.
