Adding aspiration to a suburban stalwart

Bruce Gillingham Pollard is instructed by Intu to specifically focus on improving and enhancing the aspirational restaurant and retail offer at their phenomenally successful Glades development, which has an annual footfall in excess of 20 million. Key existing tenants include; Apple, Zara, Karen Millen, Kurt Geiger, Hobbs, Marks & Spencer, French Connection and Super Dry.
Bruce Gillingham Pollard has been instrumental in bringing new aspirational formats to the development, including a new 6,000 sq ft The White Company store, Carluccio’s, YO! Sushi, Phase Eight and Wagamama.
Bromley is one of the key affluent suburban centres of South London,  comparable in demographic terms to Kingston, and comprises over 500,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants and is considered a ‘gem’ within the Intu portfolio. Recent lettings include MAC, Kiko and Yo! Sushi.
