Project Details

The mixed use project is designed by one of the world’s leading architects, Renzo Piano. It delivers 400,000 sq ft office floorspace, over 100 new homes (50% of which are affordable), and retail and restaurant units around a new public piazza. The project improves local public realm through investment in new pedestrian routes and a second public space at Princes Circus. The scheme will be the focal point of the much needed regeneration of the St Giles area.
The Central Saint Giles Partnership is a joint venture between Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate Company established to fund the development of Central Saint Giles in the heart of London's West End.
