Before creating Bruce Gillingham Pollard in 2011, the directors had worked together for over 15 years at Markham Vaughan Gillingham and Knight Frank.

Having established ourselves in the UK we have opened a second base of operations in New York, not just to help existing clients expand their portfolio and further the exposure of their respective brands, but to forge new relationships in an equally dynamic market place.
As Managing Director, Tracey works with the board of founding partners and directors, to evolve and grow the business. From the companies conception in 2011 with just 5 people, to a team of now over 20, Tracey’s key role is to maintain consistency in Bruce Gillingham Pollard's approach, and ensure that the team’s unique skill sets are nurtured and developed.
In recent years, Tracey has leased to key anchors such as The Arts Club, Vinoteca, Caravan, Sandro and Coach. However, she prides herself on seeking out the independent operator who will often aid in the creation of a point of difference.
By creating long-term relationships with landlords, Tracey strives to create a strategy for each development which fulfils the needs of the catchment, be it office worker, shopper, resident or tourist.
Tracey advises landlords throughout London, including Canary Wharf Group, Grosvenor, Shaftesbury PLC and Land Securities.

Nigel provides strategic development, leasing, and asset management advice across the retail and leisure sector; for large scale mixed use projects in London, New York, Dublin and major centres throughout the UK and Europe.
With over 25 years experience in the creation of new restaurant and shopping locations including One New Change in the City of London and Spinningfields in Manchester, Nigel heads up some of Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s key client accounts including Land Securities for their Central London Portfolio comprising over 1m sq. ft. of shops and restaurants across the heart of the capital, as well as Hammerson where BGP are appointed as sole agents for restaurants and leisure across their entire portfolio, as well as leasing the retail in their Victoria Quarter/Victoria Gate development in Leeds. Nigel is also advising Qatari Diar on the redevelopment of the iconic 30 Grosvenor Square (former US Embassy), Milligan RRI on the transformation of St Stephens Green into a new mixed use development in the heart of Dublin, and most recently he has been advising Related Urban Inc on their retail and restaurant element of 20 million sq.ft. development at Hudson Yards in Manhattan, New York.

Woody is a founding partner and has been involved in various challenging projects from conception. Projects include One New Change, Windsor Royal Station, The Brunswick and Bloomsbury. Current advising roles include Dickens Yard and Filmworks in Ealing, the Victoria Estate for Land Sec and South Belgravia for the Grosvenor Estate.
Woody has in-depth understanding and significant experience in tenant mix, creation of pitches and developing sustainable and successful environments with a focus on mixed use buildings in Central London.
Woody also overseas the investment team and works to make sure that the significant strength of the leasing team is maximised to drive the best value for our clients, in both purchase and sale.

As a founding partner, Rupert has a in depth understanding and experience of creating exciting and relevant tenant mix, and the formation of key destinations in mixed use developments.
Rupert has worked for many years advising on development and leasing for a number of Landlords across London including Canary Wharf Group, Brookfield, Almacantar, Legal & General and Allied London.
Key projects that Rupert is currently working on include the redevelopment of Centre Point in the heart of London’s West End, asset management advice on the existing 1,000,000 sq ft within the Canary Wharf estate, along with the development advice on the next phase of the estate with Wood Wharf. In addition, Rupert is instructed on developments such as Principal Place, 100 Bishopsgate and Leadenhall Court within the City of London, along with working with Allied London in taking international brands to Spinningfields, and the future development of Granada Studios as part of St John’s Manchester.
Rupert has spent time developing trusting relationships within the restaurant, retail, and hotel industries consistent with delivering successful sites.

Victoria runs the national team working on a variety of retail and restaurant schemes including Standard Life's South St Andrew Square, Edinburgh; Intu's Intu Bromley; Hammerson's Victoria Quarter and Gate, Leeds and Land Securities O2 Finchley Road, London.
Having previously worked for Land Securities within the Portfolio management team she is able to use her in depth knowledge of how shopping centres work, combining aspirational retailers and catering to secure key lettings across the country.

Nicks heads up the tenant representation department focusing on restaurants and leisure sector across London and major regional cities.
Nick has considerable experience in the restaurant and leisure sector having done deals for a wide variety of operators including The Columbo Group, The Diner, Byron, Burger and Lobster, Clare Smyth, Brew Cafe, Red Dog Saloon, Pizza Pilgrims and Neil Rankin.

Charlotte works in the Central London team advising landlords on their retail and restaurant portfolio which includes; The Grosvenor Estate, Shaftesbury PLC, Canary Wharf Group, Land Securities and Schroders.
In recent years Charlotte has carried out lettings to key operators including; the cult fitness brand Barrys Bootcamp, Drake’s fashion brand Octobers Very Own, Bobbi Brown’s PRO concept store and luxury homeware brands including Fermoie, Carl Hansen and Cox London.
Charlotte also represents occupiers on their acquisition programme including; Skinnydip, Incipio Events and Barrys Bootcamp.

James works within the central London team, specialising in Landlord restaurant and leisure leasing. He is responsible for leading and developing some of Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s key London estates including Land Securities and works closely with both Tracey and Rupert across the west-end and city. He is working on a number of iconic west-end schemes such as the redevelopment of the iconic 30 Grosvenor Square (former US Embassy) for Qatari Diar with Nigel, as well as Bloomberg’s new European HQ in the city with Tracey.
Drawing upon his vast experience, network and passion for the West End leisure market, James will be leveraging his relationships with key London operators to help their international expansion, alongside Nigel and Rupert.

Jack specialises in commercial investment and development across the UK. Millie’s in-depth experience spans across both retail and restaurant sectors however her predominant focus is now on restaurants and advises landlords and developers on schemes across Central London and the wider UK region.
Current projects include the Hammerson catering portfolio, the refurbishment of Tunsgate Centre in Guildford and a new 100,000 sq ft retail and restaurant scheme in Ealing. Nick predominantly specialises in commercial investment advice for a range of clients, from UK institutions to private individuals. He keenly sources new investment opportunities, as well as helping to advise clients on disposals of their existing assets.
Due to his previous role in the leasing team, Nick is able to provide detailed occupational advice to clients, helping them to undertake comprehensive due diligence on prospective or current assets.
Nick has been involved in a number of deals including the disposal of; The Courtyard Shopping Centre in Cheltenham on behalf of TH Real Estate, the acquisition of 30-35 Westgate Street in Bath on behalf of a Local Authority and the disposal of The Ivy in Bath on behalf of Legal and General.

Prior to joining Bruce Gillingham Pollard, Amy worked for one of the UK's largest commercial property development and investment companies.
